ABOUT US
David  Zeldin, Barrister & Solicitor
Working to Protect You Since 1985
The essence of what I do is protect people – usually at the most vulnerable moments in their lives. Many of my clients come to my office after having their lives dislocated in a separation or after the loss of a loved one. Many of the people are dealing with the legal system for the first time and find themselves lost and feeling overpowered. It is important at times like these to have a lawyer who recognizes and understands his role. My role is to guide and protect my client.

In my thirty-two years of experience I have met many clients undergoing a marital separation – who then face being attacked in court documents that depict them to be someone entirely different.
Other clients are dealing with the emotional trauma of losing a beloved family member. They have barely had a moment to grieve when other family members create both legal and emotional chaos by challenging wills, usurping property, or wrongfully attempting to take authority. As your counsel, I am there to protect your interests.

It is my philosophy that in order to craft the proper plan for my client, I need to actually know and understand that client. If you think that you need an intelligent counsel who focuses on his client as a person, and not just another file, I would be pleased to meet with you.
"I am forever grateful to Dave Zeldin’s law office but to Dave especially! I went through one of the worst divorces ever... thankfully I had Dave on my side. He fought for me and gave me my life back and for that I am forever thankful to him and his practice. Thank you Dave!"

"I was new to the Midland area. I was recommended by the other lawyers in the area that I use David for my rather complicated appeal case... He worked hard, is articulate and has a good presence in court. We won!"

Catherine M., Midland
"I have used David three times in court with success, the price is affordable and the personal service is commendable. There is a reason I keep his card in my wallet."
