David Zeldin

David Zeldin was born and raised in Toronto, Ontario. Dave graduated from Osgoode Hall Law School in 1983 after obtaining his Bachelor of Arts degree at the University of Toronto. Dave articled in Toronto and was called to the Bar of Ontario in 1985. He has benefited from doing court work in a wide range of areas including family law, will and estate litigation, general civil litigation and construction liens, as well as criminal law.

Dave relocated his practice and home to our area in 2008. After 32 years of experience, Dave’s practice philosophy emphasizes the importance of understanding his clients in order to be effective counsel.

Dave enjoys being part of the Midland community. He has been on the Midland B.I.A. for four years. On most weekends, Dave is an extremely optimistic fisherman.

Della Sajan

Practice Manager & Senior Law Clerk

Della Sajan is the Practice Manager and Senior Law Clerk at David Zeldin, Barrister and Solicitor.

Della graduated from Laurentian University in 1991 with an Honours degree in Philosophy and an Honours degree in Political Science. Della also has a minor in Law and Justice.

She has been working in the area of Family Law since her graduation from University; first as the legal advocate for abused and battered women in Midland’s shelter, and then as a law clerk for two family law lawyers. Della joined David’s practice in 2016. Her wide ranging knowledge, expertise and compassion are highly valued and appreciated by all of our clients.

Albert King

Junior Law Clerk

Albert joined the practice in 2016, first as a volunteer and is now fully employed as an integral part of the firm fulfilling the role of a Junior Law Clerk. Albert has a long history of employment in the service industry. As a front-line person, he has shown himself to be very sensitive to our clients’ needs. We are glad to have Albert’s eagerness and dedication on our team.

Albert is the father of three very young children and hence enjoys numerous adventures in his spare time.

Ronen & Calev

Sajan-Zeldin

Calev and Ronen are two young but hard working Cocker Spaniels. Although they were originally recruited for their expertise in the accounts receivable department, they are now responsible for client relations and the maintenance of a stress-free work environment. They are extremely client-focused. They greet each client who enters the office, and usually offer to share their milk bones. In their spare time, they enjoy cross-country running and playing fetch (on an amateur basis). We are very pleased to have them on our team.
